Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

- Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Photographs of the product packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned without prior approval
